Yesterday at work i had a little conversation with my workmate about some heath issues. He reminded to me about my back problems by asking about it. I said that surprisingly everything is OK for now. And you know what!? This morning i woke up with pain in my spine. it is hard to sit now and i don't know if i will do my daily running or cc skiing workout today after work. And then i realized that everything was cool until i started to think about it. I experienced similar situations many times before and in other issues. Did you noticed this happened to you too?

Empathy? Well I do sometimes feel bad when my children get sick. Does that count?

Nope, you get ill after you told before loudly that you haven't been ill for very long already. :D lol

Forgive me for saying but i feel its all in the mind. When we feel positive our attention is diverted and our ailments don't appear big.But when we start worrying or thinking of our ailment it has a habit of reappearing. Its best we keep thinking positively and not worry whether our ailments will reappear.

Maybe you are right - i will try to only think positive things and do not let pain to be back and own me.
