weak and tired

hy mylotter, My situation now is not powered and always limp. What might be because I am too long in front of a laptop online? so that my eyes are now so tired and sore like if seen. if you also never experienced anything like this? and what is your advice for me?

U should shut down your laptop for good and get a good sleep. DOn't waste your time in starting more discussions yet not responding to them at all. That's what u get for trying to earn more, at the expense of your eyes and health. That's my advice for u, and that should be what most users will advice u too. IF u were to carry on, u might even lose your eye sight one day, and that will be too late.

Me too,I am so weak,lazy and always feeling tired.Maybe because I spend all my time on internet.And of course, to much exposure in the radiation which it not good in health.That why you are feeling weak and lousy. Try to rest completely ,and relax.And try to avoid just for maybe two weeks in facing on net.It will help a lot.And do, exercise every morning just set up 30 minutes to help to regulate and function your well your body to be alive. Go to the places solemn and nice view, smell fresh air.That's the best thing to do,to get rid of weak and tired and etc.

I suggest you have to stand up and bend your knees and elbows. have exercise for an hour and relax your eyes. I read this in an article but I forget where is it now. but it really helps me a lot because we had the same experience before. :D

Hi there. Well there could be a lot of reasons towards this. It could be you re in front the computer too much which results in tire eyes. Also, it could mean that you are not taking enough for your meals. Take enough vitamin, take a break every 2 hours of internet/computer and you will be fine. Remember to pop out some exercise every twice a day or so to keep you healthy :)
