Do I need to add more friends to receive comments

You need to make your discussion more interesting,life touching and something mass appealing. We are here to share our thoughts and feelings about various problems and issues that touches our personal,family and social life. Adding more friends and responding to others discussions certainly serve to elicit more responses from others.With passage of time,as you continue posting more interesting discussions,you will continue to receive good responses. I don`t think is a must, but it is growing your number of comments, because they see in another users list of friends, or maybe you need to open more interesting subjects for users to comment on it, i don`t know. Good luck, and i`ll add you as a friend!

hi sandrahon25! welcome to mylot! simply adding more friends and interests are no guarantees that your discussions will have a lot of responses... but they do help. when we add friends in our list, you may also want to participate in their discussions... so that they may in turn get to know you in your own discussions. and hopefully discussions can turn into friendly conversations of exchange of posts (responses and comments). when we add interests, it is better if the discussions you started belong in those interests for visibility purposes. more people to see it, more people are likely to respond to it. and as a newcomer to the site, it is encouraged to explore the site thru its FAQs and Guidelines (tabs located at bottom of screen) so that you may be guided accordingly of the do's and dont's as well as what mylot has to offer for better mylotting experience. enjoy!
