We should have a single PF account, not per company or Job?

Hi Friends,
Whenever we change company, have to for PF withdrawal or transfer the ammount to the current PF account. This way we have PF for every company we work.
I suggest a single PF account given to the saliried person, this way I do not need to fill form to withdraw PF.
Also, if I change my company and give the same PF number to the employer, no need to fill new PF form to get the PF deposited.
This will reduce some work for individual and PF department as well, we can have access to the PF Account and can see the money.
What do you suggest?
Thank You.

hi,it's a good suggestion and avoid somuch unnecessary process. But the only problem is there are few people who want to draw PF of previous worked company while changing Jobs.Except that small issue, your suggestion is good. All the best and have a nice time.

We can have that option, cut the tax if someone want to withdraw money. Govt may impose higher tax not to promote withdrawal.
Thank You for sharing.
