Hugging my kids

After four years of working abroad and being away from my family, I have finally decided to come back home and stay for good. There were lots of things that I missed and one thing I missed most is the hug from my kids. There's an indescribable feeling of happiness every time I hug them. I missed this for four years and I don't want to missed hugging them again. I will enjoy hugging them while they are still huggable...this is one of the best way to enjoy life.

To leave the family for such a long time is the hardest decision one ccan make. Yet sometimes it must be done to asure the welbeing of the family. I am so glad you are back with them and hope that you are able to work near your loved ones from now on. Take care!

Thank you very much for your kind words. Yes, it was the hardest decision I've made. I'm so thankful to have the opportunity to come back home and work closer with my family. I really missed them and I can not imagine leaving them again. Take care too.

I´m going to be away from my kids for seven weeks early next year, and I´m already dreading it. I´m making sure I´m getting lots of hugs from my kids now, but I´m sure ´putting them in the bank´ won´t compensate for the real thing.

I understand the feeling. Do get lots of hugs from them while you're still with them. Make sure to spend the holiday with them and make it the best holiday you can have with your family. And when your away, make use of technology (internet) to catch up with them. Good luck to your trip next year.

Oh yes, I have to agree. Hugs are truly the best, especially when you hug the kids. Your heart swells up so much, you actually think it is going to burst. It's amazing how much love you can "feel" when you hug the kids. And as you said...it's an indescribable feeling. Never let a day pass without hugging your kids at least....10x! :)

Now, I make sure I hug them before they get inside the school and before going to bed. I want to make up for the years I was away from them. I really appreciate your comments.

Hug them and love them as they grow up too quickly! Once they get older they no longer want hugs and kisses from mom and dad. Spend time with them and have fun!

Definitely. I'm so thankful that I was able to make this decision to stay here for good. Time passes so quickly and kids grow up too quickly as you said. I have lots of hugging and kissing to catch up. Thanks and have fun too.

it is true, life would be wonderful if we do it with people we care about and love. because if we are far from them, I think we feel in our souls or is missing. and always want to think about their circumstances and missed the wonderful times together.

There's just so many things that seemed to be missing when I was away from them. The earnings maybe good, but the hugs and kisses from them is just priceless. I can not imagine being away from them again.
