Uric acid, which should and should not be consumed?

What are the food, vegetables are allowed and should not be consumed by people who get gout. my brother had a doctor convicted of uric acid, so I'm somewhat confused cook for him

2x1 glass of juice consumption each day alternately or a mixture of: apples, avocados, melons, mustard greens. drink stew: 1 kg of red ginger red ginger and 1 kg + 3 lt of water and 0.5 kg of brown sugar, after boiling, cooled and filtered. Drink as much as 50 cc 2x a day which was diluted with 1 cup warm water. Reduce: tea, coffee, chocolate and red meat

All types of nuts include vegetable beans except green beans,spinach, bitter greens, cassava leaves and the type of offal is a taboo for people with uric acid diseases.

You are right specially offal is very harmful for increasing uric acid
