I think that the addition of exercise to your life and also watching your diet goes a very long way to making you able to lose weight in your life. That said, though I would like to have the money to be able to join a gym, I wouldn't invest any more money than that into being able to lose weight. The reason that I feel this way is that I think that more important than the amount of money you spend is the drive and motivation that you have to lose weight and there is no amount of money that can buy either of those things.

You can also try going to the gym and enrol for their dance lessons like hiphop or taebo or boxing. My mom enrols herself in those kinds of programs. Its healthy and its not that expensive and you get to practice how to dance. And taebo is a really great routine to focus on.

My dream weight lose program would be hypnosis. I did have the money for it but I had car prepairs to deal with and that is where the money wnet! Gr! I think hypnosis is the best thing for me to try. I need to change my mind set and doing myself doesn't help! I think this would work! I am morbidly obese and had a weight problem all my life. Thirteen years ago I started to put on a lot of weight and I still continue to! I know other weight lose programs would not help! If hypnosis would not work I am at stand still! I would not where to go after that!

I eat a lot but I never gain weight people say I have very fast metabolism which somehow is true. I had never experienced getting fat in my life and I accepted the fact that my weight is on the lower part of the height versus weight ratio bordering on becoming underweight but I'm not complaining. For me it's the other way around, it's very hard to gain weight. But fat people should spend money on losing weight program especially if they're on the obese side since there are a lot of health conditions that would arise from too much weight gain. Or they should just eat less and only consume less than their body needs but then there are a lot of fat people who eat less than I do and yet they just seem to get bigger. I guess it's in the genes.

Well if we are talking about losing weight then I would definitely never spend money on any losing weight program. I prefer to do physical exercise and that iswhat I have been doing all this time. This method is even so much healthier and more effective. The level of satisfaction is much higher though it takes a lot of energy. Thanks for sharing and have a nice day

If I had the financial resources, I would definitely join a weight loss program. There are many very affordable gyms to go to but I have no idea what to do. A few months ago, I tried going to the gym near our are for around 2 weeks but I wasn't able to maximize the utilities. Recently, I went to a well-known and established gym. The program and facilities are really good. There are also trainers who are available when needed and can do one-on-one sessions for additional fees. It was really a good program but it was very expensive, one that my minimum wage cannot afford. I really need a good gym with trainers but I guess it's not my option. Today, my brother was able to get membership for that gym because of a promo. I get a week's worth of gym passes and it may not be enough but at least I have those opportunities and I'll try to make the most out of them. I have been struggling with weight for years and the things that I think hinder me are financial resources, knowledge about fitness, and lack of motivation. The only way out for me is to have a shot at these services.

If I saw a good program and could afford to join it, then I probably would. One day I'd like to go back to the YMCA and join some things. I'm fortunate that my uncle gave me his exercise bike and ab exerciser. I do come push ups and sit ups in the morning and when I move to another apartment, I plan on exercising more.

Hello friend, i would never give money to someone only for suggesting me what program for loosing weight to follow. May be because i don't need too much attention, because i found my own way years ago how i can save some calories. I make myself healthy eating programs with a lot of vitamins, more moving, walks, no fried food ... And it works good for me. But i got something else in mind always, i noticed it long ago. When i eat less, i see the effect really fast. Only for few days my stomach is doing away, i don't need long and boring stuff for doing, so ... it's making everything bit easier.
