Hello guys, i got some weight to loose and lately i start to realize that i live really bad. Only boiled food and stews without any fresh fruits and vegetables. When i start my day, i start it with coffee, smoking and nothing more. Then i fry some food, after that i cook something, but nothing healthy at all. So i just went to the vegetables store and bought some fruits and today i'm really happy to start my new plan for the meals at home. It will be only pure meat and vegetables, if we have to eat meat. Every day some fruits, fresh juice for sure with one orange and one grapefruit with the coffee, that's some more vitamins. So from today for the future, i'll be new person. What i want to ask you right now is do you have that times when you catch yourself, that you don't eat nothing fresh as a food, only cooked stuff, without fresh salads, without pure vitamins? And what you do to change that ...

everyday i used to take some fresh green eatables. but in my local market these are not available everyday. So I always try to bring some fresh vegetables (whatever may be)in the return way of my office, so that these vegetables will available to me every day without fail in my residence.

That sounds great friend. I just read what one grapefruit contains and it's so much things in one fruit - a lot of vitamins at first (B1, B2, B3, B6, P, C), potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium and iron. Also it has only little calories.

The most healthy diet you could get is vegetarian. Meat has got a lot of fat on it and it isn't ethical to eat the animals. Fruit and vegetables are very healthy to eat and contain lots of vitamins. Fruit juice and water are healthy drinks. Don't forget that seeds are full of vitamins and minerals. Nuts can be high in fat which is a shame. I have a vegan diet. This is fine to have providing I get enough vitamin B12 and Iron. I eat fruit, vegetables, seeds, nuts, rice, pasta and drink soy. I also drink fruit juice plus water. I have four vitamin pills a day: Iron, Multi Vitamins, Vitamin B12 and Omega. I hope that you will get on well with your new healthy eating and lose weight diet. It is advisable to do exercise in order to help lose weight.

Hello friend, as a child, i drunk a lot of vitamin pills and nothing good happened, actually. I mean i still got problems with my health, with my bones as example... I'm not sure why i don't trust the pills with vitamins, just i know when i eat healthy i felt better and it was so easy for me to loose weight. Now it's bit different, i thought to buy some dry fruits yesterday. May be i'll make cake with them. Thanks for sharing.

I should do the same thing you are doing. We are starting summer now and it is easier to eat veggies and fruit. This Spring I started a vegetable garden at home. Not all went well as snails loved new green bean plants. But I have new potatoes, tomatos are not ripe but there´s a lot of them and I have already eaten many salads from my own garden. I have red lettuce, bunch onion, arugule, radishes. Congratulations on your ideas. I´ll try to do the same.

I have had times where I eat real healthy. And actually I am in the process of getting back around to eating healthier. I lost it there for a bit and now I am trying to get back to it. I started a couple of weeks ago and already feel better.

That sounds as good thing for you and it's great that you start eating healthy again. I had that times too, with black bread, with mixing the right foods, so they can help each other to repair really fast of my body. I had better skin, hair, nails. And it was amazing. I was drinking fruits juices whole day long, about 4 liters a day and i felt so great, i didn't miss eating at all, even if i didn't eat for some hours. So i'm going to be back to this old habit and i know the result will be perfect. Thanks for sharing.

I dont always eat vegetables but I substitute it with other foods that has the same vitamins. I think it is ok because you'll be get the same vitamins that you need, isn't it? Just quit smoking because it is bad for your health. I hope this helps. Happy mylotting. :)

I do that, too - all of a sudden I realize that I'm eating far too many fried foods and far too few fresh vegetables and fruit. I have to make an effort to get back to eating well. I don't know why... I enjoy fruits and vegetables but I tend to eat more meat, potatoes and things like that.

I think that eating meat is o.k. as long as we mix it with vegetables. I love potatoes too, never mind which way they are cooked

If I cheat on my diet (which is more often than i'd like to think), then I make it up by exercising the following afternoon or the next day to burn of the extra calories. Good luck with the new diet :)

Hi there! Glad to hear that! Well, for me it is tough to go on fresh food as - am really a meat lover. Now and then, especially during meals I will eat in more vegetables. Also, I do stop by to buy fruits when I have the time. At least I could find that as a start :)
