Which site is "the one" as far as these download-files-ro-free websites?

Hi Maybe you can help .. I'd like to upload some content to this download files sites like freshwap.net etc. It seems that most of them get their content automatically from other sites, since lots of content there is repeated / can be seen on other similar websites, so I am guessing once you upload content to one websites, other take it from there - similar like with torrent.. Anyone be nice to suggest the best "central" most important website in that matter I'd like to upload normal legal stuff non stolen DVDs etc :) thx in advance bye chris
