Always fresh in office

If u work so hard in your office and u don't like to go out from your office so often, u will be bored. Do some exercises for your body. It can make you fresh again. 1.Bend down. Bend your body down as low as possible with the help of hand pulled lower leg. 2. Body twist. Round the waist with the help of the hand holding the arm chair. 3. Neck pull. hold the head and pull inside. 4. Arm stretch. Meet your hands behind your waist and upright body. That's it. U may try it. Hehe.

Makes sense. I think you need to be fresh during the entire day and not just for parts of the day at the office. So it is important to do things that will keep you fresh and up for the whole day. I also recommend drinking in a lot of water and also washing your eyes regularly especially if you are in a job with a computer. Cheers! Ram

Yeah! This is very useful i think for people who couldn't go out of the office. WE need to stretch our body once in awhile and relieve our stress while working hard in the office or even just to stay awake when we are too sleepy. Thanks for this tip!
