Well, you really blame education by becoming capitalist since the education itself (its running, people, instruments and processes) do need the money to function and sometimes to develop for society. Education is not a charitable institution but I will contest anything that is unreasonable like fees and other monetary income in a public education setting where all students are being asked to give money to school (when in fact, it is subsidized by the government).

Privatization has penetrated public assets and natural resources. Everything commercialized, ranging from health and education to human resources and the human body. General Agreement on Tarifs and Services to condition and set a new attack against this public service: all services including education to be liberalized and privatized. Two legal instruments it uses is the rule of "national action" and "free market access".
