Do we need to pay taxes after getting the money in mylot and other PTC sites?

I have read in a survey website that they still need to pay taxes. Do we still need to pay by the end of the year because of mylot, neobux, herbux, clicksia, livbux and other more PTC sites?

glamgirldoll no as we do not earm over 2500 dollars a year so no need in most any country and I know I never have earned that much.

Can you two give me an answer that is true? Im quite scared because of this. I'm only 18 and Im from the Philippines, I dont know a thing about this.
