how to cure the neckache?

I usually sit in the front the pc for a long time ,maybe it takes me about 10 hours to hang out in the internet .but now ,my neck hurts when i turn my neck or turn back to see somthing.then how to protect my neck or cure my neck?

A hot water bag applied to the neck will help , if you do not have one, a bottle with hot water inside and wrapped with a face towel would do, just be careful that it is not too hot or it might scald you. Also keep a bottle of liniment or massaging oil handy and learn to massage yourself whenever necessary.
