I love watching movies. Because I find watching movies in theaters expensive and somehow takes up effort/time, I prefer waiting for it on TV. If I'm really excited for a movie, I would either watch it in the theater or buy the DVD when it's released. On another note, I observe that new movies usually appear on HBO after about a year from its theatrical release. As a matter of fact, I'm so excited for January because I'm going to finally see the movie "Sherlock Holmes". Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr. are such great actors and I'd love to watch them in that movie. That's in the case of HBO Asia though, I don't know in other countries.

I love to do them all. I like watching TV reality series and game shows like minute to win it and amazing race. I also love watching DVD's. I always buy my favorite DVD movies and watch them over and over again. But for my favorite actors and actresses, I never fail to watch them on movie houses even on the first screening day.

Theatres are my favorite place to see a movie. At the movies, I get to see it on a large screen (I do not have it one at home)and without distractions, such as the telephone, family, etc. I can get a much better feel for the movie and escape from everyday stress. Movies, however, are expensive to go to on a frequent basis. Sometimes we will rent a movie or watch something on television. We used to have DVDs delivered to our home on a regular basis. Yet we found that a trip to the post office to return the film took more time than going to the store to rent one. Also, we can choose a movie based on what we feel like seeing that night. Anyway, going to see the movie at the theatre is more fun, gets me out of the house, and can include dinner out as a special treat.
