I know this private company which is an outsource from custom which collects money for charity for the previous customs workers to assist them in their education, living expenses and etc. The problem is I know the boss well and he said he wants me to work with him but he won't pay basic. He allows me to come and go everyday in the office and using the telephone and office electricity. Would you believe this company is part of government and join in?

In other words, what you are trying to say is that this job is one that is paid by the hour instead of being a salaried position? If that is the case then I see nothing at all wrong with having a job like that. In fact, in all of the years that I've been a working woman, I've never actually had a salaried job as the vast majority of jobs in my area are hourly jobs. The thing that I think is great about having hourly jobs is that you have the ability to get overtime instead of donating your time to the company when there is a lot of work to be done.
