Soya Milk VS Milk Cow Who is better ?

I have read an article before that is a cruel thing to do, to drink cow's milk. A cow will only produce milk is after they have given birth. So the farmer will force the cow to mate with a bull. After giving birth, the calf will be separated from the mother so that the farmer can milk it. In this scenario, I will say soya milk is better.

I like these two types of milk but I prefer soya milk to cow's milk. Soya milk tastes sweeter and it's quite nutritious too! As for cow's milk, I use it either with cereals or making avocado juice. At times, I just drink it plain.

I don't like milk so it really doesn't matter to me! lol! But I do drink chocolate soy milk. And I have been giving my son soy milk as I think it has a more rounded nutrient base than cow's milk. My grandson cannot tolerate dairy products so he has to have soy milk. But I am leaning toward more vegetarian eating anyway and choose plants over animals any day@!
