Apparently Julian Assange can dish it out, but the poor little coward can't take it. He and his lawyers are fuming that Wikileaks secret documents were leaked to The Guardian, which published them.
Isn't is sad when people scream about their rights, but can't respect the same rights of anyone but themselves.
Julian Assange, you enjoyed exposing others, well, see how the hot seat feels on your slimy face.

Interesting.
I did not care about him releasing documents on the war.
It was no great surprise to me. You got to have rocks in your head if you think you can go to war without having civilian casualties. There is no such thing as a PC war. If you don't want people to die, don't go to war.
However, when he started releasing diplomatic documents on foreign policies, he went way too far. And I won't support him because of that.
I have no doubt in my mind that the guy is finish. The US will get him one way or another. And nobody will help him. He is being setup by the Swedes, and now by The Guardian, in order to corner him. Freedom of press only exist as long as the government let you have that freedom. Furthermore, The Guardian will publish anything which can make it money. It does not care about Julian Assange.
But keep in mind that if a newspaper were to release that sort of information on any criminal facing court, it would face prosecution itself for doing so. Which proves the point that everything go now to put Julian Assange out of business.

I have no doubt that if he had the same information about anyone else he thought would grab his precious headlines, he wouldn't hesitate to release them.
He is simply caught with his own tactic being used against him... and he's whining because it hurts. Well, too bad... he's just living the consequences of his own short sightedness and lust for the limelight.

Oh, and we have plenty of freedom of the press and to express ourselves. Even more than ever before.

Yeah, He founds an organization that is all about publishing leaked information but can't take it so well when some dirty things are released about him. I mean really dude you founded one of the biggest and most well known sites on the net. You have been called both a Hero and a Terrorist to the free world and can't take it. Wikileaks has become a hot topic for everyone in the Western world and I am sure even in the Eastern part of the World as it is one of those things where you have to be extra careful now as it may just end up on a website and not twitter or Facebook but a site dedicated to airing some embarrassing things or even some dangerous (I didn't want people to know that) things.

This is just par for the course when dealing with these morons who think the world runs on their feelings and that they're somehow "special" compared to everyone else.
This idiot's tact may have been different, but the self-centered, I'm-too-important-but-everything-else-is-fair-game crap is all the same.
Nosy neighbors don't want you nosing in on them. Preachers rarely practice half as well. Bullies can't take being bullied. Reformers lie, cheat, steal and hide under their tables in order not to be reformed. Al Gore.
I have a feeling that there's someone somewhere (maybe quite a few) actually sticking up for this guy's "right" to privacy, even considering the context of his actions and content of his character.
