Is breakfast important?

breakfast - breakfast is good for health.

I heard that, breakfast is taken like a king, lunch is taken like a minister and dinner is taken like a begger.I think it is true but we are mostly ignore the breakfast due to reach at office or school, what do you think is it important or not? do you ignore it or not?

Breakfast is very important for barin activity, learning and working. For my exmas i made sure i had a strong healthy breakfast so that i could concentrate probably.!

Most of my family,we taken breakfast often,I think it's most important in my daily life,and mang magazine said the breakfast if taken it often ,it's can be lost your weight,because when you get the caloric value in the morning ,it's doesn't matter,so if you want to eat more snack,hihi,that's ok,and dpn't worry about the gain weight. hope everybody can pay more attention to the breakfast of their daily life,and you will benefited. It's definitely important. At times, I still skip it because, as what you've said, there's school after that so I prefer to eat in school. Breakfast gives us energy to do the things that will require more energy later in the afternoon.

Hi sameer786! Breakfast is definitely important to everyone. It plays a part in us performing well in school or at work. Breakfast is the fuel for our bodies, much like a vehicle where it needs petrol so it can move and perform well. We need breakfast to keep us focused and alert in class or at work. Research shows that people who don't eat breakfast in the morning are more likely to fall asleep to fight off the hunger pangs.

Breakfast for us is very important,and we must follow three meals'principle is breakfast to eat satisfied,lunch to eat well,dinner to eat less,to chow down on a huge breakfast can let us energetic all day,and can prevent gallstones,gastric,,low blood pressure of common disease,for the friend who wants to reduce his weight,it is more important not to ignore the breakfast,because do not eat breakfast lead you to the body's metabolism slow,will only make you reducing weight no effect.

I think breakfast is of paramount importance to your balanced diet. Reason being is firstly you need to restock major carbohydrates/minerals/proteins you lost when you were asleep for the previous 8 hours, thus having breakfast restocks energy levels to be alert/happy in the mornings. Without breakfast, your stomach will start to give you signs and you will probably eat unhealthy junk as a result. It also boosts your metabolism in the morning!

Breakfast certainly is very important. After a long night sleeping, without food through the night, breakfast is the energy that prepares the body for the long day coming up. Without a good breakfast, I would not have the energy to manage the things I have to properly and efficiently. Breakfast is very much a necessity.

I never eat breakfast. My guts like to sleep til noon. My biggest meal is dinner. That way I don't go to bed hungry. People have always said breakfast is the most important meal. Medicine is starting to rethink this especially for overweight people.

For me breakfast is important to start the day. I need a hearty breakfast to sustain the energy I need in the morning during the days that I go to work. However, on the days that i don't go to work, I take light breakfast and that would suffice.

I think breakfast is really important and it also helps you lose weight 'cause when you eat a healthy breakfast, yo won't get hungry during the day, thus making you crave for lesser sweets and food. If I got time and if I'm not rushing to work, I eat breakfast. A piece of bread or oats is a good start. But, unfortunately, lately, I've only been drinking coffee for breakfast and it really makes me hungry during the day. I hope to change this habit and wake up earlier so there's a room for breakfast in my morning schedule.

hi, for me, breakfast is really important to us, because in the morning we need energy to use, and to activate our brain and think very well. i tried no to eat breakfast, and after that i really feel tired and sleepy.

Many of them take breakfast and some people think that this is not so required and some people take breakfast but in only little amount and in my view taking breakfast is very important in our daily life because this provides us the energy to do the work upto afternoon and dont forget take your breakfast and i wont ignore my breakfast.........

Everybody says that we should have a consistent breakfast because we need energy for a busy day,but it's hard to do that when you wake up early in the morning and you think that's it's just another full day at work;you just don't feel like eating too much,at least this is my case.I can't have a rich meal at 7 am,I would have to force myself to eat more and that wouldn't be a good idea,I suppose.I admire people who eat a lot in the morning,but I don't think I'll be able to follow their example very soon.
