My Job Interview - Anyone have any experience in Customer Service?

Today I have a job interview at a professional marketing firm. From what I hear my position would be much like a customer service job. Has anyone else worked in a similar position, and do you have any advice for the interview or possible future job?

Do you watch beauty pageants? They ask beauty pageant like persons in your job interview. They will ask you why you want that position, what are your skills and experiences, why are you going to be an asset to the company, they will give you a simulation on how you will work with clients.
Tips on Job interviews:
1.Have a good composure , get rid of your mannerisms,
2.look at them in the eye
3.shake their hand before and after the interview
4.sound confident
5.dont stutter
6. dress good
7.Be a sales man, your self is the product

few more advice i can give you, dont assk about your salary and if they ask you how much do you want to earn monthly, Just say that its up to the company, you want the job because its your passion.
