According to the Chinese, the coming year 2011 is said to be the Year of the Rabbit. The rabbit is said to be a cautious animal and people born under this sign will do well as judges, advisers or counselors, solicitors, etc. This being the case, then I think 2011 will be a year of good decisions and less errors in judgment. This would result in the betterment of life in general.

Hi my friend, don't mad on me.. do you believe for that chinese superstitious belief about year of the rabbit instead of we are hoping the coming year is Year of the Lord. I think this is the appropraite than we are symbolizing every year to animal which no bases at all than chinese beliefs. Sorry again.... see you around

It's okay. We are entitled to our own beliefs and opinions. I too am not that superstitious, but it seems like we do not lose anything anyway if we try to follow what old folks of the Chinese tradition have observed over the years. If you notice, there's a lot of truth and similarities to what the horoscope tells us about people's traits and characteristics based on their signs. At the very least, these things could give us hope and some sort of warning.
