become black ?

Hello mylotter, is there any of you who know the problems I face? the problem I faced is, I am surprised with my laptop. why all of a sudden my laptop desktop to black and the words "this copy of Windows is not genuine windows 7"? what exactly is happening with my laptop? whether any of you who can help? please share.

hi, what become black? you mean to say black screen of monitor? try to reinstall new OS in your laptop, it should be new installer, maybe the OS you installed in your laptop is corrupted.

did you download the operating system from a torrent site or bought the computer from an unauthorised dealer? if so, i think you should send the laptop back to the dealer or delete the os immediately and buy a genuine one. if you have bought it from an authorised dealer, report this incident to windows via calling the nearest branch. they will help you out of this problem. hope this helped.
