A 3-D film is a motion picture that enhances the illusion of depth of perception. 3-D film-making addresses accurate presentation of stereopsis but not of accommodation, and therefore is insufficient in providing a complete 3-D illusion. Film critics argued that 3-D do not add much of value to a film. Some critics has repeatedly criticized 3-D films as being too dim and sometimes distracting or even nausea-inducing. So what is your opinion regarding the use of 3D in films. Do you always watch films 3D? How many time do you actually enjoy and appreciate the 3D experience from a movie? What is you favorite 3D movie experience so far. Is it necessary or you feel like it is a rip of? Let me know...

3-d is absolute rubbish. unless you are 5, you will want to watch it. your eyes get tired staring through the glasses, you have to look like a complete idiot if you already need glasses to see everything and you cannot watch them without the glasses. what 3-d does is ruin the film. whenever i hear "only in 3-d" i immediately know that the film is gonna be crap as this kind of marketing is only used to attract small kids and their parents.

I have to agree with you on this. 3-D is more of a marketing strategy than adding unique experience to the cinema. Sometimes it even ruin the storytelling as it needs to be altered to fit in the 3D element.
