Help needed?

Hi All, I am looking to get few referrals under me on some sites. I am ready to pay them for their effort. But I don't know how to make such a deal. Can anyone suggest me few methods by which I can reach to such people? Tasks on MyLot is one option,but the minimum amount to create tasks is $10 which is not affordable for me. Please suggest me a cheap site where I can post such Paid to Sign Up tasks and get my referrals?

Honestly speaking, I have few referrals here in mylot and i only used traffic delivering sites to promote my link. And now, i have almost 10 referrals and i know its not bad. You only need the convincing power.
