If anyone has IKEA Fredrik desk....

Got Fredrik desk from IKEA yesterday. It pretty cool but I have a problem to get the last shelf on it. Assembling the whole thing was a piece of cake until the last shelf...it just gets too narrow and I can't fit it in even when I try to pull the base apart. So I'm afraid I'll have to reassemble the whole thing (which doesn't make much sense) and try again. Did anyone else had this problem? Is there any trick to it? I did everything according to manual...
