fruit consumption to maintain body balance

every fruit has a different nutrient content,the more vaiety of fruits that we consume, the better,because the more full of nutrient that we get.function fruit serves to maintain water balance in the body,normality of blood pressure,heart function and muscle work.fruit that can help you stay healthy and young,among others : papaya (rich in vitamin A),banana(source of potassium and vitamin C) that helps keep skin healthy and fresh.tomato(anti-oxidants that can prevent cancer). if you eat frut every day?

I do eat fruits everyday without fail. I make sure i'll have an apple, either red or green, as well as pear for deserts every night. When it comes to weekends, especially sundays, when i'm not working, i would have a mini fruit buffet at home, consisting of papaya, mango, grapes, orange, lemon, kiwi, and dragon fruit. I like the combination of them because of their bright colors as well as the different taste they bring to me.

I eat Banana, Apple and orange regularly. Sometimes I visit a place in my city where we get fruit plate containing all the available seasonal fruits. I eat fruits everyday. Thank You for sharing.

I love fruit. I'm into bananas and apples I could eat them all day long. Especially since their good and healthy for you. I don't like eating stuff that's bad for you but I will once in a great while because you do get them cravings so yeah. Fruit is a great invention and it's yummy!
