Is INDOCLIX is scam

I am a member of indoclix site. Daily I was surfing my ads. Three weeks before I applied for my cash put but still it is in pending process. Did anybody know about this site?

All sites of Indo evolution network are scam , they are not paying to their members from last 3-4 months and forum has very old threads still wit no reply.

Admin is replying and promising that they will pay. I don't know whether it is true or not.

Not only indoclix, the whole Indo Evolution Network turned scam. I am waiting for payout from their network sites for more than 2 months.
