Merry Christmas everyone! This is my second post to remember people this festive season and I have to commend those who are working tirelessly to make the holidays a memorable cheer. The people in the law enforcements for keeping the streets and community safe and crime free. The emergency response teams starting with the EMT and fire departments. Then, there are the people in all the various hotels, airlines, airports, and travel agencies that are making the holidays for people like me worthwhile. But, I feel we must remember those working in the dog's trust as carers like Jess Ockwell in Newbury as they work themselves round the clock taking care of abandoned literally left to die pets. It is just heartwarming to see puppies like Brandy, Pudding and many more others being rescued and tended by selfless individuals working in the trust. So, let's accord them the due credit and may our prayers reach out to all of them. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! This is a great person to remember when we think about the people that work in the service industry during the holiday season. When I think about those people that need to remembered during Christmas, I automatically think about all of the rescue workers and also the nurses and other people that work in hospitals. However, I don't think that I would ever think about those people that work with animals that have been abused, beaten or otherwise left to suffer.
