Have anybody heard of image porter? Is it a scam?

Recently, I have seen a site called image porter. It is a site that pays you for image download that you attract. It is attracting me because unlike paid to download site, they provide a thumbnail preview for me to post up on different, so it is easier to attract download.
But the problem is, it seems that there is no information in google. Anybody have heard of this site? Is it a scam?

I also heart about it. I joined it before but I left it before I reach to the minimum to get pay out; because the payment is very low.
