Asleep in the morning, awake in the evening!

I have this personality of being sleepy in the morning then at night, I can hardly sleep! I sleep late at night, and I wake up late in the morning! Why oh why?

same here!! nowadays since its vacation from school i made night into day and vice versa!! also, im a night person so my soul is much alive at night than on day. for example now, all the people here in our home are already sleeping except me!!still mylotting!!

yah!!im trying to normalize my sleeping habits because its not really healthy!! im becomingg anemic again due to lack of sleep!!

Hi netle, This is all biologically set that we take rest at night and do works during day. There are people like me who sleep late at night and wake up late. I feel this is not good. Unless we make a schedule things would not pay us in the long run. Lets try to get up early morning and sleep early as well.

hi, i experienced that asleep in the morning and awake in the evening, when my cousin had his vacation in my place, he had an insomnia, so he was asleep in the morning and awake in the evening, and because it was summer that time, he influenced me to walked and rampaged in the evening, so both of us were asleep in the morning and awake in the evening. but i avoid it because my cousin is not here.

if you want. you could reset you're body clock... Resist the urge of sleeping in the morning so that you can sleep at night. By doing so you could probably reset yo're body clock...

Hey you are not alone. I was working in night shifts for six years so it was in my system to sleep in the morning and stay awake at night. I think our system learns everything by practice. I am not working in night shift now but wantedly I sleep late at night and wake up late in the morning even though I know I can sleep at night. If you really want to sleep at night, force yourself for a few days to sleep at night and then after few days your system would get used to it.

Hah! Welcome to the club! I also have an inverted circadian clock. I go to bed from 5 AM to 7 AM every day and get up from 3 PM to 5 PM. I can't fall asleep earlier at all. In my opinion, there's nothing wrong with you as long as you're getting the sleep you need. As long as you're getting up and are not tired, it's all good.

I know some other people like you. Two or three of my friends do the same, they sleep in the day and then they wake up at night and start their activities. I have never done that, since I wake up really early everyday. I think is good if it doesn't affect your life or your health.

All u have to do is not sleep 1 day. and next day u will auto be sleepy through out the day and when your freinds call u @ night say am sick and sleep of and wake up in morning :D i used to be same but now i am fine with sleeping process !
