I hate changing TOS!

I know that part of every TOS is the right to completely change the TOS without notice. But morally, I feel that isn't right. I feel that it is tanatmount to false advertising. Like PTCs that change click rates and payment processors at the drop of a hat.
For example, if I had known Atlascash was going to drop AlertPay and go to only Liberty Reserve, I wouldn't have joined and recruited two refs! Actually, I thought they went scam and stopped clicking for probably a month, but people are getting paid now, so I thought I would get paid since I reached cashout just before the drama where the forum shut down and there was NO payment processor for a while. I signed up for an LR account and it is ridiculous. They don't do anything at all. I can put funds there, but I have to pay fees to third-party exchangers...it's not worth the headache for $3, but now I'm ticked that I lose my $3!

Changing TOS is okay to maintain balance as long as it is fair. There are TOS that always in favor with the owner or administrator. TOS is used to maintain balance and to prevent abusers but some sites used TOS to take advantage on their users. If you find something like this, leave the site.

I agree that a change is sometimes needed to keep the business running. But offline, there are laws in each country that specify how far in advance notice must be given, or say that changing TOS can only affect new users of a service, and old users must have their original agreement honored until it expires. The internet is still fairly lawless, which means you have to be wary who you do business with!
