I fell asleep too early last night

Well, maybe I did catch cold and had stuffed nose last night, and I took 2 pills of those night Quid before I go for dinner. Right after dinner, and I watch a movie, I felt a bit of dizzy and sleepy already. It was only 10:00 P.M. Today I don't have to go to work, I usually go to bed around 3:00 or 4:00 A.M. in the morning. Last night was an exception, this morning I woke up with a sore back. Maybe I overslept, and I stay in the bed too long. Gosh, maybe I am getting old, and I should need some exercise for myself too. Anyway, the weather is getting colder and colder, people should take care of their health.

I have woken up with a stiff neck a few times. So maybe you did sleep in the wrong position and that is why your back was sore. I hate it when I wake up and can't turn my neck. It goes away usually by that night but it still is a discomfort for the whole day.

I experience something like that sometimes. I oversleep for about 12 hours and i assure you, it'll give you a son of a b!tch of a headache. Oversleeping can cause unusual illness or body pain because your our body has a limit with regards to it. The bodily activity still circulates whenever we sleep and if ever we oversleep, our body exceeds that limit, therefore experiencing an unusual pain. Like, your back might have been used to standing for a long time instead of lying down that's why it hurt when you stood up. Yeah, you should exercise. Exercise strengthens our muscles and provides good blood circulation so you might need that.

that also happened to me when i overslept... i woke up the next morning with a headache and sometimes sore shoulder... may be you are right... it is because we laid on the bed for too long or may be we slept in the wrong position... anyway, i'm glad you get your much needed rest and i hope you will recover from your cold soon... take care and have a nice day...

There are many nights when I feel I sleep too early. This is not because I'm not well, but when I put my daughter to bed, I sometimes fall asleep as well. It happens especially when I have been very busy during the day and get extremely tired at night. I think I'm getting old too and need a little bit of exercise so that I keep myself healthy and more energetic.

well sometimes we need to take a rest at night and wake up in the morning regularly but sometimes we also go to bed earlier caused by several things that is normal i think... an exercise able to make our body healthy especially with unpredictable weather recently... and the last i agree with you take care of our health good for our sake
