I have been working on the same scrapbook for 7 months (a page at a time, of course) and last week I decided to FINISH it. So, the laundry didn't get done, and the dishes sat in the sink all day (my husband was away) but I worked at it ALL day yesterday and now it is finished!
I feel like I accomplished something so major, and now the chores seem less onerous (and besides, my husband is back!)
Just in time to show the family and friends visiting for the holidays.
Have you finished any big or small projects lately? Feels good, doesn't it?

I have finished every single craft project that I start. Sometimes it takes me awhile, but I do finish what I start.

That's true dedication. I sometimes get bored or distracted. . .plus, with scrapbooking, like laundry, it keeps piling up. The more pictures you take, the more vacations and special occasions you have, the more scrapbooking that needs to be done!

That's great--sounds like you're almost there. I have several scrapbooks from trips that I need to finish--I think I need a vacation from my vacations just to finish the books!

I made a blanket once--I know how long it can take. That's a major accomplishment, and I'm sure it's beautiful.

Good for you--I finished shopping on Dec 24th.
Maybe if I hadn't spent all day on the scrapbook. . .!
