Hello friend, i would like to buy land and to build house there when it's possible. I just don't like these apartments in the cities, when you can hear the voices of your neighbors when you go in the kitchen or in the bathroom. It's awful. That's why i would love to build my own house with the help of specialists. First i will buy land where the house can be build and when i have money to do that, i'll do it for sure. If you have place where you can build, your own, you can do the house whenever you have money to do it, step by step. Here in Bulgaria everything is expensive and it won't be better for sure, the way something like that can be done is if we start to take bigger salaries.

I would like to buy land and to build my house too if the money isn't the problem. But I think the idea is unrealistic.Frist, the land nearby company is expensive.Second, the land far away from company is cheap. But the transportation is inconvenient. It maybe takes you half a day to get the company.ALSO,if you driving, consumption will be higher, gasoline is expensive in China.

You are talking about expensive ... I don't know how you, people, live in China but i can say that middle salary here is around 200-300$ and people pay 1$ for bread, around 100$ for electricity in the autumn, 20$ for clean water every month, the price of the car oil is 2$ a liter, so here everything is expensive with these salaries people receive around, so i completely understand what are you talking about. But who knows, our future is waiting us, may be some lucky moment would come then, may be something would change, may be the way we earn the money or we will earn much more or the prices will low, who knows?

When I was 19 years old my great aunt left me some money in her will. It was enough for me to buy a tiny cottage in a village. It used to be a Victorian workhouse and then it was made into cottages. Downstairs it had a lounge and a very small kitchen. Upstairs it had a bathroom and a bedroom that I split into two. It only had a front garden and it overlooked a green at the front and a close at the back. I kept that cottage for 14 years and I let out when I went off traveling. I sold it when I was 33 years old and I moved to a completely different area. The reason was my sister and mom were moving over here due to my brother-in-laws work. So I bought a two bedroom modern house in the same area as my sister. I lived there for five years but my life changed during that time. I had my dog Secret and my son who then was aged 10 years old. I got another dog and named her Magic. Then I began a new relationship and had my disabled baby boy when I was 34 years old. Next had my baby daughter when I was 36 years old. Due to my disabled son getting heavy and not walking we moved into a three bedroom semi detached bungalow. We moved here this year. Properties are pricey in my home country and there are variations depending on area.

The house price is also surprising high in my city. I can not imagine how many years it will take for me to get a small apartment for myself.
