Want your child excel in school? They get used to always sleep on time every night. The latest research results of experts in the United States shows, regular sleep patterns make children more intelligent. Compared to children who do not sleep regularly, they are resting always scheduled to have language skills, reading and math better in school.

you know, when my tutor is there (teachin' stuffs..) i really am confident 'bout math.. But whatever i do.. i am still as nervous as everyone else in the room during the exam day and that is why i can't focus. and besides, when my teacher says FIVE MINUTES LEFT, i really can't make up my mind.. you know, answering as fast as i can without even checking my answers. i no longer believe in the Cliché which is SLOWLY BUT SURELY. i'll do it slowly but i will never have the chance to answer the others (which i think is much easier) that will lead me to grades so low, i can't even imagine.

There are two factors that affect the spirit of learning declines, namely: 1. Internal factors 2. external factors Internal factors such as psychological condition of children who do not support, many of which hamper it. besides the physical conditions also affect the spirit of learning, this one is related to the pattern of children's lives, such as food intake and also do not exercise regularly. external factors such as family environment that does not provide motivation and stimulus to the child to learn. Besides the unfavorable environment and lack of control from parent to child's social life.

Well , yeah , ofcourse , the more you sleep , the better you feel and then the easier you can squeeze things in your head , falling asleep at around 1:30AM+ like i sometimes do ... well... let's just say it doesn't help much and makes me sleep with my eyes open the first few classes...

yes, of course. every parent would want their children to be the best and could be a child who excel. because if her parents were like that then automatically will be proud and will continue to educate their children to be good it the name of the parent. especially until the boy could it the name of the nation, must be very proud of all.
