How to get the Paypal account verified??

Hi everyone, i have a visa debit card issued by HDFC Bank. As per Paypal, we can verify our accounts using Visa Debit cards, but I already tried it and it was all in vain. I don't have a credit card, so don't suggest me that option. I hope you people do have any solution.

Yea you can verify your paypal account using a visa debit card but the problem is that indian banks do not all the debit cards to be verified in paypal. Rather you need a credit card for that. And the other other option is to get a virtual credit card. But it is a bit risky as if the company which provided you the vcc gets closed then your vcc will be unvalidated. So its better to get your own credit card. Happy mylotting. Regards, harry.

I have heard of virtual credit card, but haven't ever used it. In HDFC Bank's website, i have gone through "Netsafe" which is a virtual credit card, it generates a temporary card number which is valid for around 24 hours. So, what if i verify my account using this card no., once they verify and after this the card expires, will they re-verify my card and i have to validate my account again ??
please do tell me about this.

My advice will be don't use VCC.Better go for verification with bank account.Try to use your IFSC code number and add your bank account number.small two amounts will go to your account and if u fill those amount in paypal account,ur account will be verified.You can check from search engine for the IFSC code number or better you see your check book ,you will find that easily.

I did this verification about a year ago. I just did what the asked back then, I don't know if they still require this. I uploaded the color scans of my id and a copy of a recent utility bill..That is all..
