once someone said to me, "not to empty your mind will be easily possessed by jinn ".......... it's true, my friend hath a genie when his mind is empty (he often filmed himself with his eyes fixed on one point and still alone ....) question: What difference does it make emptying the mind of my friends experienced with meditation, that meditation is said people are emptying your mind? and what is the difference with the emptying of worldly thoughts .... in implementing the solemn prayer in Islam?

i've never done a meditation but Sholat I do it daily. You said that in Sholat we're emptying of worldly thoughts, means our thought can be possessed by another rather than worldly things such as Allah. So it means, when we do Sholat, our thoughts are not empty. So, you'd already known the difference.

"solemn" in prayer, I can not describe 100% of that state, so I think in these circumstances we are obliged to empty the mind, and honestly very difficult to do that until there is fear when prayer without it would be in vain. I do not know, so I just wanted to seek the opinion of others to material knowledge.
