Chronic Channel Surfers

Now I tend to flip back and forth in between two programs, before one completely catches my interest every now and again, but really there are some people who just flip through the channels not picking anything to watch. It can be a chore to be even in the same room with these people. Sometimes I just want to move the batteries from the remote. At least stay for a few minutes to see if its interesting. Not a few seconds.

I think its ninety five percent a guy thing. However, I have seen women do it as well. But it is most commonly associated with guys. My father was perhaps the worst channel surfer out there, you would think that his finger was crazy glued to the remote control. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.

Ugh.. my boyfriend is the same as he will turn on the TV and flip happy himself until it drives me to walk away. Worst of all is that we could be watching a program and a commercial comes up and so he immediately begins to flip through the stations so he is back and forth to the point that he in a sense is following like 5 shows at once. I have gotten so use to it that once he sits in front of the TV it is time for me to be busy elsewhere. LOL

It does tend to be a headache. When it starts to be a bother, time to take a bit of a walk indeed and find something else to do. Thank you for your response. It is much appreciated and it contributed to the topic well. Have a nice day and thanks.
