WHICH IS MORE HEALTHY DIET-MILK OR JUICES?

Cow's milk isn't very healthy so I usually use soy or rice milk. Juice can be high in sugars so I usually dilute it with a little water.

diet milk? eww. i grew up drinking skim milk all the way till i was 19 or 20 and then my exboyfriend got me drinking whole and 2% milk. and i like that better now, it has not made me any fatter and also i have heard that when a women drinks alot of milk in her diet it helps her lose weight. juice is good too every once in a while, i used to feel like i couldnt go a day without orange juice somehow it really boosted my energy level - so both are very good for you

I believe juices can be more healthy because they don't contain as much proteinic elements as milk does, so it helps you out more on diets. But remememver that the juice must be properly prepared, such as natural juice, directly extracted from the piece of fruit.

For a healthy diet, Milk is more healthier than juices since juices have sugar. Some juices like V8 may also be healthy for diet as they have all the vegetables and not fruits.

probably milk..most jucies contain a lot of sugar which is not used, turns into fat.
