Suggestions for caring 1 year old baby?

One year olds crawl a lot! So, you have to be sure to do a lot of baby proofing...covering outlets, so they don't stick their fingers in them. Latching the cupboard doors, but keep one available for them to open (pots and pans, so they can practice music making) and keep the floor vacuumed, or swept, because these little guys like to stick everything into their mouths.

In addition to what buggles say, smile and play with this 1 year old. They say that it is at this time that they are learning the most. Up to 2 years of age, their brain is like a sponge. Try to enjoy every moment because this age will never come again until you have another child, of cos!
