chicken salad for new year... want some??

I'm making my signature old fashioned taste Chicken Salad... but this time, I wanna be open-minded to some diversity in taste (since it's gonna be year 2011)... Can anyone suggest or recommend how to make a Chicken Salad even more tasteful and delightful? My basic ingredients are just salad macaroni, mayonaise, pickle relish, pineapple, diced chicken breast fillet, cheese, and a bit of onions.
