I bought an eyeglass yesterday for my poor eyesight. The grade of my eyes are both 125. I really save money for my eyeglass. I really like it especially from I am from Dark then going to the place with sun. The color of the eyeglass transform from transparent it changes to dark color or dark brown.
I bought my eyeglass in Executive Optical( EO ).
I am just wondering if putting transition on eyeglass will have some side effect?

The change is gradual enough that your eyes would do the same as if you walked outside from the inside. Actually, they might help your eyes adjust better than somebody who doesn't have any protection from the suns rays. I know people probably prefer to keep their eyes as healthy as possible and your transition lenses will help.

haha =D Dun worry, it wont have much side effect on our eyes. In fact, it's good for our eyes because it protects our eyes from the sun.. The transition only takes place when we move from place to place. It's just like putting on shades when u are out in the sun, and taking it off when in shade. ONly difference now is the convenience transition lens brought to u.. haha

No, not at all. I wear Transitions Comfort Lens, I have been wearing them for years because I have light sensitivity, and they are great. I highly recommend them. My boyfriend, my mother, and several of my friends all wear them, and they love them. I have no problems with mine. I think that you should try them.

I've gotten transition lenses for years, decades really. There are no side-effects to worry about other than the fact that your eyes will become more sensitive to bright sunlight if you go out without your glasses or sunglasses. I think that's actually a good thing since our eyes need protection from the sun just as our skin does.

I am not a medical doctor, but I have many friends who wear the transition eyeglasses and I have read quite a bit on the subject and have never heard of any negative side effects from them.
Congratulations on getting a new pair of glasses and I predict that you will love this feature.

Outside of beautifying and or bigger expense I do not think they will change any effects of the glasses.
Transition will only look nice at times, and protect the eyes from the sun UV rays.
