Yi Sun-Sin,he is an admiral of Korean navy on Imjin war, who won 23 battles by use great strategy. Hansando battle is the most important battle. Admiral YI naval very unbalance than Japan naval (56 for Korea, 73 for Japan), but Yi won by use great tactics. Japan casualties are 66 ships destroyed, and more than 9000 soldier died. Korea casualties just 19 died, without ship destroyed.
The most amazing is the Myeongnyang battle, he can beat 333 japan ships by his 13 ships. the result are 123 ships and 18.000 soldiers died for japan casualties. the Korean just got 36 soldiers died, and no ship destroyed.

Although I've had an interest in naval history for some time, I know nothing about this. So I was very interested to read something about Korean naval history and the ships involved. Thanks for posting this.

I just found it on the internet, and I think it's so amazing, and part of the history. BTW, it seems you not just interested about naval, but interested about soldier on the past too. right????
