I'm a nurse and I'm happy of my profession and I may be compelled to face danger, but never fear it,and while our soldiers can stand and fight,I can stand and feed and nurse them. For me it is only in the act of nursing that a woman realizes her motherhood in visible and tangible fashion; it is a joy of every moment. Ms. Nightingale cautioned, “Unless we are making progress in our nursing every year, every month, every week, take my word or it we are going back.” She taught, too, “The most important practical lesson than can be given to nurses is to teach them what to observe.”There you have it. Live your life while you have it. Life is a splendid gift There is nothing small about it. Nurses-God’s Love Made Real and Nursing is always the heart of Christmas all year long.

Nursing is a calling, a high calling. I applaud you on your dedication. If only there are more like you. In most countries, nurses, especially good nurses, are hard to find. Most see it as a job which makes them work too hard. But, frankly, without nurses, how much less effective would doctors be? Alot, I believe.

Hi Tiffnkeat, Yeah probably without nurses i dont think so, doctors would be able to achieve their client needs. Coz client might forget their names as a doctor but they will never forget nurses how they made them feel. Our job as nurses is to cushion the sorrow and celebrate the joy everyday, while we are "just doing our jobs."
