No Credit Card Needed PayPal-Like Sites?

PayPal imposes a limit on your withdrawal amounts until you verify your account with a credit card. Are there any other legit sites that you know of that don't have this sort of limit without a credit card? Happy MyLotting.

Well, you can only receive money with unverified paypal, you can not send money not even a cent of what you are talking about the limit. You have to verify your paypal account to send money anywhere. Happy mylotting. Regards, harry.

Credit Card is not necessary for verifying Paypal. You can use your bank account to verify your account. I verified my Paypal account using my bank account.
