Would you apply for a sterling bank card?

I like the idea of it matching my deposit, but is that a good thing? Or is there a catch to like most credit cards.

Is this a pre-payed card? If so, watch out for all the hidden fees they hit you with. There is another type of card that I can't think of the name of that is like a pre-payed. You put so much money on it and your credit is adjusted accordingly. It is different than a pre-payed in there are not the fees like pre-payed cards have.
