Network Marketing Resolution

Philippines

One of my biggest resolution for 2011 is to strive hard in my MLM or network marketing company. In all honesty, I have given up a lot of things for this knowing that my business could potentially bring me financial and time freedom, two or three years from now. I belong to one of the best companies here in the Philippines but after reading a lot of articles, I have realized that even the best can still be prone to failure. In your opinion (if this is from experience, it would be a plus), what are the reasons why people fail in network marketing?

With me, I failed because I was afraid of failures. In MLM, one will succeed when he is diligent, does not quit when being rejected many times, and consistent.

I think that the main reason that people fail in network marketing is because: - they don't realise how much work is required to be successful - they aren't honest with themselves about what they are prepared to do or change about themselves in order to become successful - they jump into the next best thing which promises to create instant wealth instead of finding a match for their skills/personality and something that they believe in enough to work hard at Network marketing is mainly about you rather than the company or product - you have to believe in yourself before anyone else can believe in you and people will only stick with someone they believe in. For you to believe in yourself, you need to be honest about your strengths and weaknesses and be prepared to work on developing yourself. You also need to have faith in your product or service so that you can honestly talk about it with enthusiasm and commitment. You need to be prepared to share with others, give them honest info and support them to develop self awareness and their own skills - don't try to do everything for them, empower them to do for themselves. It doesn't happen overnight for anyone - but with commitment, honesty, self development and skill sharing it really can happen for anyone..

Yes I think that happened to all of us fail means a postpone of success does not really drop you but just we need to keep find the best formula and get more networking friends to discuss about what we want to do the next step. I believe more networking friends was one of the way out as what I think being stagnated. Keep moving ahead and never loss your spirit to encounter anything what has happened before in your past strategy of doing marketing online or what else you targeting. May be rest awhile then start again, what do you think ? okay ?
