What Do You Mean By Recycling Referrals?

I have 3 referrals from my first rental package, and it shows now that I have only 4 days left for them as my referrals, as I am not really familiar with everything about it already, I experimented to recycle the first 3. And I can see now that their clicks or avg turn back to zero. Who can help me with this? And how about the flag? The auto filter and everything about this area?
