Hero Balance

there are no such thing as very powerful in the world of dota. Tuskar and phoenix still have some major drawbacks like the ultimate skills og phoenix that can practically make everyone hit the hero for free and for only a couple of times that will kill the hero instantly. Tuskar on the other hand would really be in trouble if he does the snowball thing and could ask for more than what he bargain for.

Yeah. Their strong but it's not about the hero, it's about the player how he'll use those 2.

I havent yet tried Tuskarr and Phoenix. But many of my friends said that Tuskarr is imba. It always get the first blood on every battle. While Phoenix is good on 5v5.
