Temporary workers still "hot" in the job market

As you might read the latest news, our economy is on gradual recovery. During both major holidays, more and more people willing to spend money on shopping, and that is a good news. But still, those big corporation, or even private business sector, they are aiming for temp workers only. That means, those employers unwilling to spend big dollars on those permanent employees. They are cost much more is the major reason of it. So, the temp staffing service still "hot" in the market. If people are recently looking for jobs, temp workers might be the common choice for most of employers, don't be surprise at it.

They may say that the economy is recovering, but I haven't seen any evidence of it. I've been having a really hard time finding work and so I take advantage of temporary employment when I can. Temporary is better than no work at all.

that is a truth, at least you can make some money, not better than permanent, but some income to your bank account is better than nothing at all. So, hang in there, hopefully 2011 is a better year for everyone here.
