Do you Blog??

I had always wanted to have a successful blog but after having three that never went anywhere I finally decided to join the world of "review bloggers". Now this was not the kind of blog I really wanted to have, I wanted more of a personal blog filled with things going on in my life. Or like one of my other blogs that kept track of my monthly online earning, but these never got anyones attention and a blog that gets no readers is pretty much a waste of time.
Almost 6 months ago we began Sammy Makes Six and now have over 1,500 readers. This amount of readers in less than 6 months plus over 4,000 twitter followers and 1,600 facebook friends. We have achieved A LOT on 6 months and though we really make no cash from this we receive quite a bit of products on a monthly basis to review.
We get kitchen items, fragrances, bath and body, clothing, shoes, toys and many more items. So am I completely happy with our blog and does it bring a lot of satisfaction?
On one end yes it does, because we have grown extremely fast. Much faster than many other blogs. Plus the items that we get to review we keep so we are getting a lot of things we normally would not have.
On the other hand, this blog is not fulfilling for personal use. Anytime I post about personal things that are affecting me, I rarely get a comment and comments are very important for blogs. So I tend to keep it to reviews and giveaways and keep most of the personal out.
Do you have a blog and if so what type of blog is it.

I too would love to have a successful blog, I think it is great to have some 1500 readers, I would love to have a mentor to guide me along to have a success blog like yours. would you be able to help a rather "slow learner" like me?

Well, many of my friends is into blogging, and blogging is indeed very popular. However, I am yet to venture into active blogging. I am planning to write a bit on current affairs and fashion trends.

Yes I do have a blog which mainly contains stuff about softwares which make using a computer easy. You can visit it http://geekypage.blogspot.com But due to heavy workload since a couple of months I was not able to update it. I did generate traffic for the blog till I was writing continously but rite now there is no traffic. Planning to start with it again and generate some traffic.

Yes, I also have my own blog. I found out that blogging was no easy job. You have to be totally dedicated to that unless you make no good blog. And it took lots of time just to consider what content I should put in for others to read. Sometimes I just leave it there for weeks or even months. And yea my blog has not have much readers yet. Still, it is part of a good hobby and also enlarging and deepening my vision on things. And it made me do lots of reading on topics I should consider to post it by myself. So yea, blogging is a nice hobby. And if you really in it and have lots of readers there is good chance that you really could make money from that.

I find it same really... I had posted a task for people to follow and comment on posts on my personal blog and got quite a lot of people now... but since that has bin and gone few days ago, no more people have joined or commented.. Though have been away due to holidays... hee hee so nothing new to comment on right now lol
But fro my other blogs... they are still very rare to get interested people to read them.. but with some help soon hoping that with my enthusiasm showing to other bloggers they might feel same and want to put effort into it as well xx
